Themed restaurant with own brewery is a part of the Hotel Emperor Ferdinand.
Each Thursday there is a grilling of a piglet. The piglet is marinated and basted with local beer and put down to the special underground oven on glowing coal. It is ‘grilled’ there for six or seven hours.
It is possible to order this grilling for private party.
Price is depending on the number of guests and size of piglet.
